What is the proper way to trim an apple tree?

I have a nice LARGE apple tree in my yard that will need some pruning come spring time. 1) When is the best time for this? 2) I have heard that flowering or fruit producing trees should be pruned with some caution and planning rather than just removing any old branch. Is this true? If so, what is the best method? Thank you!!!Submited by:Al K. Hall

If I transplant some tiger Lilly’s to my flower bed is it going to take over all the other flowers?

Angela asked:

I have an open spot in one of my flower beds and my tiger lillys in a seperate area are getting really big so I thought about transplanting some to the open spot, but I don’t want them to take over everything.

What other flower goes with tiger lilies?

If a tiger lily breaks off at the bulb will it grow back?

I got some tiger lilies about a month ago and one of them were broken off at the bulb, I put it in a jar of water and it has roots growing from it. If I plant it will it come up next year? I planted the bulb and it’s growing the leaves.
Can the lilies regrow a new bulb?Submited by:total_chaos
