I installed Windows 7 32-bit but realised I need windows 7 64-bit to get use of my extra RAM.
I heard I need to do a clean install so I need to erase my hard drive. I have tried wipedrive, dban, and drivescrubber, but they do not run in windows 7.

I like the way snow leopard windows open and close and I would like my Windows 7 windows to do that. I really don’t want to change anything else though, meaning I still want it to look like a Windows 7 machine, just with the way the windows open and close.
Yeti, yes the “warp” motion is exactly what I’m looking for.
“Xwindows doc” says it does it, but doesn’t… anyone else got any suggestions? oh and its called “Genie Animation” (Mac’s terms)Submited by:C.Mack

I bought my laptop in February 2009 with Vista Home Premium. I plan on upgrading to Windows 7 Home Premium. I know a lot of people say you should always do a clean install, but is my computer new enough that an in-place upgrade would be ok? I don’t want any unknown problems from Vista being transferred over to Windows 7.Submited by:Stacy

I have an old Macintosh I am trying to update. It has only 256MB of RAM installed and I have no idea what type of processor and processor speed it has. I don’t want to overdo it by trying to install an OS X it cannot handle. Can someone please let me know which OS would be good for it and perhaps list the OS’s in the correct order from oldest to newest please? I know Leopard is the newest but that one is out of question. I have windows xp on my mac running snow leopard. I’m trying to access my home>music>itunes folder through windows xp but for some reason once I open the home folder in windows, it can’t see any of the files in it.Submited by:zephanblaxberg
