www.macdailynews.com The New York Times columnist David Pogue checks to see if Microsoft ripped-off Apple’s Mac OS X in Windows Vista.

I think i love this guys he funny
I think oh you noobs, listen! the search function he was blabbing about is just an enhanced searchbar because most of the people complained about the “doh i have to click much before i can search” so they just made it easier to start searching.
I think lol
…we’re talking about different things.
I read your comment and thought you were replying directly to the video.
You read my response and thought I was (knowingly) talking about the programs that siarnne mentioned.
i just checked one of those the fluid simulation thing, and as far as I could tell microsoft didn’t develop it, stop short of checking the rest since this didn’t check out
I think ya dude these aren’t third party apps lol
i hope so… lol
i cant tell he is using sarcasm int he vid, but ok
I think Windows Sidebar was developed by Microsoft. So was the photo viewer and so was the search function.
…is it possible that we’re talking about different things?
I think Those programs you are referring to were running on a pc but they were not developed by microsoft so why are you mentioning them?
You should have specified that the things in the left column are ripoffs of or stealing from the things on the right.
None of those are third party apps. What are you talking about?
He must be using sarcasm… he’s not that stupid… right?
I think he is proving in his view that windows vista had different elements copied from mac os..he is just using sarcasm
what do those programs have to do with microsoft, they are third party programs
A pure nerd video by a naive user…
Go do some homework before posting your vid.
1)this guy is gay (sorry lol)
2) they are still copying, just becuz its in a fucking different corner doesn’t mean anything.. are partially retarded? its all the same basic shit
yes except macs can be considered a PC too. PC means persoanl computer, macs are also considered personal computers. they just call windows PC for names sake in say their commercials
Right on, and true.
wow WINDOW 7 IS TOTALY NOT THE SAME INTERFACE GRAPHIC as vista its has a new directx with a better sound window 7 is a come back of xp and about vista its was for mac too
but its have failed
Windows “7″ is just a skin over the top of Vista and is still the same crapola but hidden. You would have to be plain retarded not to notice the difference this but Microsoft will never change “Trust me” ( …. and yes I purposely place quotation marks around ‘Trust me’ )
Still you point proves pointless
I think GEEEZ
You know what he meant didn’t you anyway???
To put this straight anyway
Microsoft = Apple
PC = Macintosh
Zune = iPod
Windows = OS X or OS 9
I think So let me ask you, when Apple did thermal analysis on their case design to determine if their heatsink placement was adequate, did they use iTunes?-Garage Band?-that nifty Screen capture program?
No, they had to use a desktop FEA and Fluid simulation package, coupled to a Parametric mechanical modelling program running on a Windows PC. So there’s a good chunk of Windows parentage in the quality of your Mac-atleast you should hope.
