I have been drinking apple cider vinegar (approximately 3 tablespoons mixed in one cup of lukewarm water each morning.) I do this as an alternative to aid digestion and wean myself off Nexium due to the side effects. What is the appropriate amount of apple cider vinegar to consume? Someone told me that vinegar can damage the kidneys. Is that true and what’s so special about apple cider vinegar, as opposed to regular vinegar?Submited by:bombastic
