I have a Apple powerbook computer that has had its Hard drive replaced because it crashed. The problem is that I do not have the original restore disks that came with the computer. I am considering buying the new OS X software… but does that come with the basics like imovie, iphoto, itunes, ect. and other applications? Answer If you know please.

Hi, just bought my iMac and it has Tiger on it. I need to know how to install an application like Microsoft Messenger or FireFox on it without having the “disk” on the desktop.

Thanks in advance!

We’ve been using a program on Classic and it’s time to upgrade. However, I can’t seem to find any programs for OS X that aligns DNA and that is easy to use. We know more about molecular biology here than we do about directories and installation.
