How do I open a port for Transmission on Mac OS X Leopard?

I have a Macbook running OS X Leopard 10.5.6. I have been trying to find an open port and forward it through my Apple Airport Extreme Wireless N router. Please help me make my Transmission run faster!

Is there a way to physically shrink the menu bar in Mac OS X?

I’m running OS X 10.4.11, and I’ve tried several apps such as Silk or Tinkertool, but those only shrink fonts and not the whole bar. I’m using an Apple Clamshell, so my screen resolution can’t get any better than 800×600, which is why I want to make the menu bar smaller, I think it looks pretty bad this big.Submited by:naruto_kun9310
